The potential for forest as a capital investment is considered to be large in the current low interest rate situation, especially for institutions that need a return on the part of the investments that cannot, should or may not consist of shares.
We provide the opportunity to support interested investors.
Strategic leadership that makes forests, operations and businesses grow.
We develop your company’s ability to lead and control, both through strategy and culture, as well as key and metrics. As interim leaders, our greatest strengths are that we have a good ability to see and implement needs for improvement, in both the big and the small.
As an improvement leader, we can enter into operations either as extra help in the event of major changes, so that ordinary leaders can keep up, or to carry out an improvement process in an activity that can then be managed by the ordinary organization.

Advice regarding forest as capital investment.
Forest is special as a capital investment. The continuous, biological, value growth contributes to creating a stable return, but there are also risks and practical issues that need to be addressed. The potential for forestry as a capital investment is considered by many to be large in the current low interest rate situation, especially for institutions that need a return even on the part of the investments that cannot, should or may not consist of shares.
With decades of experience in issues both in the valuation of forest capital and the management of giant forest holdings, we have the opportunity to support interested investors.
Business consulting and business development.
We support your company in building long-term business relationships with your customers and supporting relationships with long and stable business plans, where close cooperation can create win-win situations. We help develop new products, services, offer packaging and business arrangements.
We have extensive experience of developing organizations ’and businesses’ function and value creation, internally as well as in collaboration with customers and suppliers.
Advice in management, governance and business development.
We develop your company’s ability to lead and control, both through strategy and culture, as well as key figures and metrics. Examples of initiatives can be about supporting new managers in their roles, making analyzes of appropriate initiatives to e.g. develop the culture and then contribute to the implementation.
It can also be about reviewing the set of key figures, reporting and control models in companies or business areas. Another area where we can contribute is to review how the internal interaction or flow in your business works and can be developed, also how your business can be organized so that it flows even better.
Interim and improvement leadership.
As interim leaders, our greatest strengths are that we have a good ability to see and implement needs for improvement, in both the big and the small. With our long experience, we also have a good ability to ”just” step in and keep a business ”rolling” when acute gaps arise.
CEO and Senior Advisor
Most recently, I worked in Sveaskog’s Group Management as head of the Swedish Forest Plants business area. In that role, I have led the business area through a rapid journey of change, from an unprofitable and managerial business to a business in rapid growth, change and development focus, to good profitability.
For many years, I worked with large raw material stores, where I implemented changes through long-term business approaches, new business models and various business development initiatives. With strategic planning of large forest holdings, as well as various capital issues linked to this. My MBA education at the School of Business was to expand my skills in corporate governance, business operations and asset management.
Under my leadership, I start from identifying and visualizing strategic goals, as well as breaking them down into goals in the short and medium term, which everyone can relate to and deliver on.
Is a current leader for my customers, suppliers and employees, and works a lot with communication, coaching and curious questions.
Business-oriented, creative, curious, with drive and great goal focus.
Forester/ Business Consultant
I am a business-interested and responsive team player who puts the customer’s needs at the center. Previously, I have worked with forestry business with both companies and individuals, which has given me a good ability to become an enabler and problem solver for my customers. I have worked with business development and sales in Sveaskog’s marketing organization, where we together with our customers created business innovation and new creative business models.
The goal is always to create increased profitability for the customer, the way there looks different in each individual case. Through my experience as a forestry production manager, I have a good understanding of the raw material’s path to a finished customized product. With several years as a forest inspector at Norra Skog, I know that there are also many soft values in a store that should often be considered in a store. One of my strengths is that I am a driven negotiator, but can combine this with a feeling for the customer’s needs and create innovative solutions for all parties in the business.
