I have long experience in the management of companies in forestry and forest industry. In 2020, I founded Forcap AB, with the aim of working partly with forests as a capital investment and partly with business strategy as well as M&A, primarily in the forest and forest industry.
Since Forcap was founded, we have worked with exactly these issues, i.e. business strategic issues for various customers and M&A projects in the forest industry. But above all, the demand for our services within forest as a capital investment has been fantastic. An important mission here has been, and is, to support the green funds Silvestica Green Forest and Silvestica 2 Green Forest, with the aim of creating good returns on pension capital through investment in forest land. Currently, Forcap is responsible for both the funds’ acquisitions and operations in Sweden and Finland.
Before founding Forcap, I worked in the Group Management of Sveaskog, the largest forest holding company in Sweden, as President of the subsidiary Svenska Skogsplantor – the largest forest nursery company in Europe. In this role, I had the pleasure of leading the business area through a rapid journey of change, from an unprofitable and managing business to a business in rapid growth, change and development focus, up to good profitability.
For many years I worked with large forest raw material supply, where I enforced changes through long-term business arrangements, new business models and various business development efforts. I have also worked a lot in silviculture on a strategic level, strategic planning of large forest holdings, as well as various capital issues related to this. My MBA education at the Stockholm School of Economics helped to increase my knowledge in corporate governance, business operations, and asset management.
In my way of leading, I start from identifying and visualizing strategic goals, as well as breaking these down into short- and medium-term goals, which each in the organization can relate to and deliver towards. I am a present leader and partner for my customers, suppliers and employees, and work a lot with communication, coaching and curious questions.
As a person, I am curious, creative, positive, business-oriented, with great drive and great focus on goals.

I am a business-minded and responsive team player who puts the customer’s needs at the center. Previously, I have worked with forestry business both with companies and individuals, which has given me a good ability to become an enabler and problem solver for my customers. I have worked with business development and sales in Sveaskog’s marketing organization, where we together with our customers created business innovation and new creative business models.
The goal is always to create increased profitability for the customer, the way to get there looks different in each case. Through my experience as a forest production manager, I have a good understanding of the raw material’s path to a finished customized product. With several years as a forest inspector at Norra Skog, I know that there are also many soft values in a deal that should often be taken into account in a deal. A strength of mine is that I am a driven negotiator, but can combine this with a sense of the customer’s needs and create innovative solutions for all parties in the business.

I am a committed, driven and curious partner with the greatest focus on the customer’s wishes. In my previous work as a real estate agent and forest consultant, I have come across many different customers and scenarios, which has resulted in the development of an ability to find solutions.
During the years at LRF Konsult/Ludvig och Company, I have worked with a wide spectrum in everything from forest consultancy and generational changes to property valuations, sales and declarations/financial statements. In many cases, especially within generational changes, the customer has had a different goal than purely financial, and other so-called soft values have come into play. My goal is always to find the best possible solution so that the customer can achieve his vision.
In connection with company declarations, I have often been in the advising role for the upcoming year’s considerations and thus gained an insight into both the company and the entrepreneur’s goals and in this way being able to help the companies to grow.
